Update June 2026 Stopped by the clubhouse patio again at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and ended up staying much longer than planned. The setting is what really makes this place special. Surrounded by mountain views and overlooking the golf course, the outdoor ambiance strikes a perfect balance between relaxed and upscale. It's the kind of spot where you can comfortably settle in for an afternoon and simply enjoy the scenery. The staff truly make this place 5 star. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it highly. We left this place feeling like we hadn't just gone out for a meal but we had had a really great experience. Hats off to all the staff that work so tirelessly.
