I have now visited this spa for massages at least 4 times. And each time the services are getting shorter and the help is none existent. Once you come in, front desk will ask if you have visited before. If you say yes, they say you know what you are doing and leave you alone, the entire time. I am rating their online booking, not their services. I made an appointment for my husband and I weeks out for a couples’ massage. I received email reminders about my appointment. When we arrived, there was no appointment booked and we were told that it didn’t notify the spa. The only solution given was to offer to schedule for another day, no compensation for the inconvenience. If management knows that this is an issue, there should be more recourse than just an “I’m sorry”. TLDR: DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!

My bf and I went in for a couple's massage and steam room service. It was very relaxing and the massages were amazing. I also received an acne facial that was even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend for a day of extreme pampering.

High End would entail a Full Service Spa, like the King David Hotel, offering MANicures, pedicures, a complimentary mimosa, a dip in an actual Spa, a location with an atmosphere for private bookings after hours. Throwing up a few palm trees and a facility encased in a concrete jungle, does not qualify for “High End Status”, in the.
