Great value, friendly staff, good equipment. Have been using every time I visit the island.
Great small gym with friendly staff. Got the week pass for a decent price of $70 while on vacation here near by :D
Went while on vacation on the west side, and had a great workout. The atmosphere was great, it wasn’t very crowded, and they had a variety of machines and free weights. I would highly recommend this gym for those nearby.
Joined this gym for a week while on vacation in Kahana and highly recommend. I’d come back and stay in this area over others because of it. 7 days pass was $70, I’ll have used it 5 of the 7 days and so worth it. Gym is large enough with alot of equipment and huge range of free weights. All in great condition and very clean. Staff are friendly. You can join/pay online and enter using the app which I liked.
