fully equipped and clean -LOTS of high quality equipment and Andrew (the staff) was pleasant and friendly -we only did the day pass 26 bucks each -but it was good to work off some of the Hawaiian cuisine-Mahalo
Nice gym, good vibe, easy way to buy a pass and easy access. Gentleman working at the desk was very friendly and helpful
We’d been excited to try this gym out, but our visit didn’t live up to expectations. First impressions matter, and the entrance procedure was way too fiddly. You need to download the app, pair via Bluetooth, and hope it unlocks—getting it all synchronized took longer than it should have. The app itself was clingy and hard to configure, and our calls for help were met with dead ends and hang-ups. There was no backup for anyone unfamiliar with the system. Just had an absolute rude encounter with the young girl working at the front desk. Came up to me with an attitude and said “you can’t be spamming your weights on the ground” I then said I’m using the rack because I’m doing rack pulls. She then proceeded to say “ well you can’t be slamming your weights” I then asked well how am I supposed to perform this exercise?
