I waited for more than 45 minutes to get in. After I receive my text to go in the lounge, I didn’t find a single chair that is available so I looked for anybody to help me , couldn’t find the waitress or anybody to help me to find a seat, finally I decided to sit where reserve sign was there because I had no choice. Hardly any internet signal by wifi or data reception. They only serve soup and salad and desserts and fruit and snacks to eat. No entrees, no meat. You'll be hungry before you leave. I had to wait 10 minutes even with a priority pass membership. Not worth the money or time.
The club is small and clean, but we were disappointed by how early they started closing amenities. Although the club closes at 9:00 pm, many areas were already shut down by 8:00 pm. The coffee station, the lounge seating area, and the restrooms were closed, and they began removing food items while my family was still serving themselves. We arrived at 7:40 pm, expecting everything to be available. The only positive aspect was the bartender, Drew, who remained helpful and attentive.
