Great local gym with all the amenities to train hard. They offer everything from youth athletic training all the way up to adult personal training and everything in between. Their equipment is awesome no matter what type of training you like. Their staff is very accommodating and the facilities are super clean.
The Club Cave Creek has continued to evolve and is now a great spot to enjoy an energizing HIIT class, workout with free weights with no wait and depart with a high protein, freshly made post-workout shake. I recommend checking it out - new management is the best ever!
This is the best gym in all of the area. Staff is excellent, equipment and cleanliness are top tier. Have recommended to so many friends and family members!!
I am disinclined to write a review, because I don’t want this uncrowded treasure to be discovered! Lots of the best equipment you can imagine. You know the junk machines and cheap weights found in most commercial gyms these days? You won’t see any of that here. Nebula leg press, Nebula hack squat, great benches, Ivanko chrome pro-style DBs and on and on. Plus friendly and competent personnel. Did I mention that it’s uncrowded? It doesn’t get better than this.
