In our state-of-the-art facility our professional staff of fitness trainers and exercise physiologists will do whatever it takes for you to be "fit for life". Excellent half day preschool program. Clean classes, restrooms and play area for the kids. Friendly teachers and staff. Both my kids love Kidsports!
They have helped me adopt a healthy lifestyle with daily physical exercise, tennis, weights, aerobics, karata and a host of other varied activities.
25 years strong! – I have been a member of Woodbridge for over 25 years. My children have grown up at this club. They have had the privilege of meeting some wonderful people here. Jeff, Ray & Debbie have always treated my family like their family. When we share family stories, The Club at Woodbridge is always a part of those fabulous memories. From racquetball to exercise classes and now 10 years of personal training with Jeff M! I look forward to 25 more years!
Love Racquetball – We are racquetball players and have formed a friendship with our other morning players - this is a large part of our lives and we just love it!
Went with old college buddies to go nuts a bit at Sinbad's. We chilled out drinking outside on the water and watched the sun go down over the bay. Incredible view. Felt no pain by nights end. Great place to drink.
Dirty; rundown – This place is run down with broken machines that dont get fixed for months. The bathrooms are disgusting. People are rude including the owners who dont respect the employees or members. I heard the property has been on the market for quite some time but no one wants to buy it because its so run down!!
There are better fitness facilities out there!! – This place is old and outdated. With all the new fitness centers opening up, the only way this place stays in business is by charging the astronomical membership fees of about $75 a month. The place has old equipment, rusy spin bikes, a spin studio that is not well ventilated, dirty bathroom floors, and a "women's workout area" that smells!! My recommendation is to take the $75 and join a better, newer health club for about half that amount!!
