This gym is awesome. Friendly & helpful staff. Gym is always neat & clean. Classes are fun.
I really like this gym. I work in the area so it is perfect for before or after work and the occasional class during lunch. Everyone is really friendly. The front desk people remembered my name after I started going there within the first week. I have only taken spin classes but my friends say the other classes are really fun too. The trainers are all nice and very helpful when you have questions. It is a gym not a spa.
