I originally moved in with no issues but had to downgrade to a two bedroom. The two bedroom was roach infested. Despite attempts I had to move out abandoned month later. I still don't have my refund back yet. Management is non-communicative. I call and leave messages with no response. Never was given a key to the pool/gym. It was a mess living there. Look elsewhere!
Lived here for a year, I'm a happy resident. Clean complex, quiet neighbors, and friendly staff. Maintenance wasn't the fastest but still got the jobs done. Moving out because they don't have 1 bedroom apts. I will miss this place!
This place is the worst place to live!! I don't even know where to start. The apartment was given to me broken. The bathrooms were unpainted. If you call maintenance to fix something, I assure you they'll come 5 times to fix the same thing because they never do anything right. The IC gets broken every month. The hallways are disgusting, they are NOT clean AT ALL. A horrible stench. The elevators smell so disgusting, you can't go in there. You did NOT! As I am still waiting on the documents I requested via email and have yet to receive. I asserted my rights, and you deflected and try to threaten me with scare tactics by saying get my lawyer involved, thus making it know you received my emails, yet refused to show PROOF. Shannon is absolutely amazing to work with! Very detailed & a pleasure to speak to. As crazy as her job can be, she still manages to smile and get things done in a timely manner! Thank you for all that you do! I dont think some people realize how special she truly is to all of us here at Hidden River!
