Probably the only “luxury” building in nyc that charges residents to use the gym in their own complex (it was $50 a month last I checked). Gym equipment is lacking, pool usage is a separate charge. The once glass enclosed pool is now an outdoor pool so its only open during the summer months. You can use the pool if you’re not a member, for the price of $25 per person for a half day (weekday—prices increase on weekends)..and you have to bring your own towels...ridiculous. One star for the view of the water in the cardio room.
Gym is too small and doesn't have all necessary equipment like free weights etc. They close at 8pm at weekends and days before holidays, swimmingpool not concluded. They can open you membership on front desk, but can't cancel it, cheaters.
