Management is negligent. The building is unsafe, as there is ongoing construction in the lobby which caused a horrible and permanent injury to a member of my family. In addition, the elevator has not worked for a full month and we cannot access our residence, which of course, we were charged for anyway. Management does not answer the phone or return phone calls. I urge you to find another place.
