Great gym. Has steam bath. Sauna. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Body conditioning with Karen is awesome. Her workout routine targets stubborn muscles, helps strengthen core and overall balance.
Great staff (special thanks to Raven who was helpful with a lot of questions, but every one of the 5+ staff I've interacted with have been excellent). Also great facilities. I personally just use the free weights, but those are excellent with plenty of squat racks, benches, and good weight ranges (low & high). From looking there's also lots of other great options for those who want it.
