The staff are friendly and always repond to inquiries in a punctual manner, the mantinence team always responds in a timely manner too. The Cloud on 5th staff are even flexible with parking spaces if you need to switch for a better parking space. I have been living here for 3 years now and I am satisfied with the quality of living here and it feels safe to be here.
The Cloud on Fifth is a very clean and offers a great location in St. Cloud. The Management Company is amazing to work with! The staff are friendly and organized. Definitely worth checking out.
I went in for a tour with my partner. We met Diana and she was amazing. She asked us what we were looking for and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Great staff and property.
Diana hooked me up!! The staff are cool, & they focus on your needs which is great. Building is perfect for school & it’s clean !
Is it bad? No. Is it over priced? Yes. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t make much or are a college student, there are a lot of places you can move in the area that offer more at the price (or less than the price) that they are charging here. They are upping rent and fees it seems like yearly by a fair amount, but have been delayed in fixing issues within the building and aren’t increasing the value of living there.
