This closing company was a nightmare. Please do not use this closing company. It cost us thousands of dollars because the realtor insisted on using this company and wouldn’t change when we complained about the fifth postponement on closing. We actually closed a month after the date promised which is what cost us so much money because it was an office building that we had to empty out and then wait for closing. What a GREAT experience. The folks at The Closing Table are very professional, very competent, and very friendly.
Kimber and team were awesome to work with. All the title work was done efficiently and the closing went extremely smooth. The office was welcoming and comfortable. Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous. The location is conveniently located near The Villages and near hwy 301.
