The closing exchange, I will refuse to work for them any longer has been done to me 2x. I have rejected fee due to low and last minute with rush as well. there is traffic on the road, no consideration, I rejected a fee 2x because it was low and last minute with rush, then they send out another one for$125.00 AND I accepted the a signing agree to $125.00, got a check for 90.00 which I told them to keep it and remove me from there system, also to get someone to view the signing after you upload the work, is a mission you have ... read more
I've completed several signings through them and their ok. A lot of the signings are underpaying. For the last couple signings I completed, I've uploaded my new W9 multiple times on their site and my information still isn't updated. Then they sent an email saying I have to pay them to reissue my payments they sent wrong in the first place! I wouldn't recommend. There are better signing services out there.
Working with The Closing Exchange is good. The experience you get with this company is great because they will take a chance on you knowing you have zero signings executed. They pay on time everytime, reason why I am still working with them now!
