Staff isn’t the most friendly over the phone, and have been waiting for them to get their available dates when they told me they’d get them to me… over a week ago. Now we aren’t even considering this place because if they can’t even get me available dates, how can I trust them with my wedding? Read other reviews as well about their poor communication. The most magical venue for our daughter and new son’s wedding and reception 4/10/2026!! Thank you Annie and staff for being so easy and professional to work with. The Cloisters Castle far exceeded our expectations for our rococo “Let Us Eat Cake” celebration, a fairytale come true. With sincere gratitude.
This venue is excellent for a Fantasy, Fairytale, or Medieval wedding. I'm already married, I just asked to look and the employees were very welcoming. There is even some neat history since it was built in the 1930s. The open house includes a lot of recommendations for people to assist with the wedding so in a way they help with planning the wedding also.
