Please stay away from this company! This lady was actually referred to me by another attorney because she handles family cases. I reached out to her to petition my daughter‘s mother because she has been keeping her from me during my timeshare. We had an initial consultation that I paid for and they told me they would need $2500 as a retainer to get started and then after the retainer has been used and then they will bill again accordingly depending on what is needed. Absolute worst Attorney in the Central Florida area. I paid this lady to petition my daughter‘s mother for contempt of court. After more than a month or two, she sent me two different invoices and on the second invoice she charged me between 100 and $200 to call the opposing parties office and she got no response from the opposing council but still charged me that amount of money. I had a consultation with Ms. Mitchell today, for a case that was set for trial August 7th. She explained 3 times she could not find the trial on the docket. She would not answer me directly if she had had cases with parental alienation. I previously hired Christie for a custody battle (which she LOST) and have dished out THOUSANDS of dollars only to receive very unprofessional service. My mediation agreement was very poorly written with many ambiguities and rookie typos which has caused EXTREME issues and stolen time from me and my child.
