I had a consultation with Ms. Mitchell today, for a case that was set for trial August 7th. She explained 3 times she could not find the trial on the docket. She would not answer me directly if she had had cases with parental alienation. After explaining that my 5 children had experienced a 18 month emergency suspension of father's time share due to his mental health issues, she concluded I that she I could not help me because she could not amended my 4 year old petition. I previously hired Christie for a custody battle (which she LOST) and have dished out THOUSANDS of dollars only to receive very unprofessional service. My mediation agreement was very poorly written with many ambiguities and rookie typos which has caused EXTREME issues and stolen time from me and my child. She also lied about the percentage of time I was getting with my child - a nearly 10% loss of time! I now only have 35% of time with my daughter when I was told I had 43%.
