Confirmed with stylist four times to cut hair below the jaw, including indicating on my neck twice where I'd like her to cut no higher than, and also reminded her she needed to go lower so that when it shrank from drying it would still be appropriate length, even showed her reference pictures. I don't know if she didn't listen at all or decided to do whatever she wanted, but my hair came out at least four to five inches shorter than anything we discussed. I had a great experience at the clip Joint. I had never had a haircut here before but I’ll definitely be back. For once I got exactly the cut I wanted! This was because the stylist listened and asked questions. She was also very intuitive and of course very skilled.
