I use to love coming here to see Dr Tomic as she has been my Dr for a few years and one of the best female Drs. But with my recent experience with the very rude front receptionist by the name of Jeanette I will no longer be attending this clinic. It’s a shame as she’s a very good Dr but the receptionist needs to learn to be more understanding working in a medical clinic! Been coming here for over 40 years, seems doctors stay till their retirement, unfortunately only one long term doctor left and she’s a gem, takes time to listen and is thorough, long standing receptionists are very friendly and know most patients by their first name. I haven’t lived in the area for many years but continue to travel here.
My mum has been a patient here for 30 years. She used to take me here when I was a child. Her doctor has recently retired and not only are none of their other doctors willing to assist her (she has significant medical problems) they want to charge her $30 to give her copies of HER OWN MEDICAL RECORDS so she can go elsewhere. Aside from how disgusting it is to try and rip off an elderly, disable pensioner who has been their client for 30+ years, they are actively preventing her from getting the medical care she needs elsewher... read more
