I wish I had a positive experience but I had the worst experience with Jana than I ever had in 5 years of doing botox. She is arrogant and lacks the capacity to listen to what the client needs. Her technique and esthetics is subpar as well. I told her I needed minimal Dysport treatment for natural results. She was very uncomfortable with that but was very comfortable injecting 350 units in a 40 yo face. The worst part was that we agreed on 90 units with the option to add more later.
