My doctor is thorough, friendly, courteous and professional. The administration staff are friendly and professional. The overall atmosphere is friendly and relaxing
I have a lot of respect for this practice Currently I’m seeing Dr Alex whilst my gp Dr Helen is on leave. He is very comfortable to be around and I feel at ease. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Hoping I’ve found what I’ve been looking for in a gp and thats going case by case and not using a one size fits all approach or being dismissive. The reception staff always go out of their way to help so they also deserve a gold star too!
Friendly reception with no hassle approach. Very reassuring to find a Dr who is thorough. 30 yrs since l have been because of location change. How reassuring to return to a familiar friendly clinic
Tried to have a Telehealth consult using the video function on Hotdocs but it kept tripping out on my iPhone 14 even if i used the menu to allow camera access. In the end the video was not successful, which was disappointing. Doctor gave good consult.
