I gave one star because there is not a 0 star. Your online site says clinic is open until 7pm on Saturday. I drove from Malden to there, arrived about 4:55 and there is a sign saying clinic closed at 5. This used to be a good walk-in. Not Anymore!
Don't get me wrong, the doctors and staff are great, but every time I come here there is no seating. I have to stand at the front of the store for an hour or two while I'm sick. It's very uncomfortable, inconvenient, and awkward.
