The entire team was so kind and genuine and mindful. I will be using them from now on. I was sick on Easter, I was so grateful they got me in right away and treated promptly. Amazing people!
If I could’ve give 0, I would. Showed up at 5:50 and they close at 7. Would not take my sick kid in. This is the second time this has happened.
Completely unprofessional, called ahead of time to see if we could be seen. They told us to come in, we drove 25-30 minutes made it there before 6 (they close at 7) and they said they couldn't see us. Just lazy, and making someone waste their gas/time on a trip with sick kids just to be turned down is ridiculous.
So unprofessional. Told us to come up when we called at 530, left malden right way got there a little before 6 and they said they weren't going to see us. After driving all that way with sick kids when we were told to only to be turned away is ridiculous and unprofessional.
