Went in about 15-20 mins early,gave name at reception and thought they checked me in. Also checked in on some app two days before. Receptionist told me to get a coffee and come back,so I went to Coles across the street for 15 mins max,walked in and took a seat. Waited until 3.15 nobody called me up ,went to reception and they told me I had to check in when I came back in .... What?????????. 🤔😔

Have been visiting here for 60 years . All staff, Doctors receptionists and nurses are always friendly helpful and go out of their way to help you with any healthcare you need .
Appallingly rude admin staff: abrupt, condescending & unyielding. Ignored by both as I stood at reception desk & when one of them finally deigned to perform the role of RECEPTION STAFF, she refused to bulk bill me (Health Care Card-holder) because my Medicare card had expired -- 10 years ago (long story)! No other medical centre has refused my HC card in that time. I've been a patient there for three years without issue!
