I had my initial consultation with Dr Caroline Cornwallis, and I was very impressed. She is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, while also being highly professional and thorough. She was very detail-oriented in her approach, asking thoughtful questions about my symptoms, medical history, and family history where relevant. Insanely, they still insist on masks after covid has relegated to low-risk endemic status. When will the paranoia end ?
I cannot recommend this clinic at all. My experience with the reception has been a nightmare. On one occasion, I requested a medical record to take to my specialist appointment, but the receptionist refused to provide it, offering various excuses. I eventually decided to switch to another clinic, which requested my medical records to be transferred. This turned into a two-month ordeal. My new clinic sent two requests that went completely ignored. When I called the clinic, I was informed that the GP needed to approve the rele... read more

I have had nothing less than excellent service from everyone at this wonderful clinic. Beginning with the staff at reception and my appointment with Dr Gallichio. He is very empathetic and has restored my faith in family doctors. He is incredibly thorough and listens so well to his patients. A rarity these days. I feel so blessed to have found this amazing clinic.
