What an awful, rude clinic this is. Booked an appointment this morning online as I had a young screaming child with an ear ache. There was 6 available appointments and I booked the first at 9:15. Upon arrival I was told they couldn’t see my daughter as she was a new patient and they don’t see new patients on Saturdays, despite appointment availability and there was literally no one else in the clinic. I’m very grateful for the care provided by Dr. Vincent Gallicio and Dr. Matthew Daly at The Clinic 279. Their genuine concern for their patients and their thorough approach to diagnosing your illness make a significant difference.
I usually do not write reviews. Initially l didnt want to write this review but deep inside l didnt feel comfortable being quiet and not saying anything about my experience with one of the doctors at The 279 Clinic. She was recommended by a temp MCH as a GP who has interests in babies so l booked a detailed 6 weeks check up for my baby. When we got there a GP seemed like surprised we came to see her because baby doesnt have any issue. I felt so uncomfortable and could sence the atmosphere "why did you come to see me at all".... read more

The clinic 279 are responsive, attentive and provide genuine healthcare. They have been looking after my family for many years and are great with young children. The reception staff are fantastic, polite and welcoming. We love the team and grateful for all their assistance and care over the years.
