I have been there multiple times, with Cornwallis she is Amazing! , today we went there for our daughter’s Vaccination with Nurse dayang and she was amazing, she was good that my daughter did not even cry after vaccination, and staff in the clinic is always helpful and Gentle! Insanely, they still insist on masks after covid has relegated to low-risk endemic status. When will the paranoia end ?
I cannot recommend this clinic at all. My experience with the reception has been a nightmare. On one occasion, I requested a medical record to take to my specialist appointment, but the receptionist refused to provide it, offering various excuses. I eventually decided to switch to another clinic, which requested my medical records to be transferred. This turned into a two-month ordeal.
