I can't even get anyone on the phone so I can set up a visit I guess I'm changing my doctor now this crazy waiting on the on the phone for over 45 minutes.
This is specifically for the PCP, not the supporting RNs, MAs, phlebotomists, or administrative staff. Everyone EXCEPT the PCP has been amazing. He likes to hear himself talk. He doesn't give you the opportunity to ask questions and when you do, will cut you off because what he has to say is so much more important than what you, the patient, has to say. cheap vaccines... if you don't bring your shot record (as an adult) they'll offer a load of vaccines in one day. very unhealthy program
