The tech came late and evaluated the system. He said he couldn't find the issues but didn't have some of the equipment he needed. He said he would come back but never did. Called several times with no response.
The sale representative did not try to over sell me. He recommended similar system I had which lasted 40 years. The installers were on time and finished in one day. They tested the entire system. Cleaned up everything. Did not leave any trash behind. Even vacumed the carpet after they removed their trap. They were very courteous and respectful of me and my property. The explained how system worked before they left. I would highly recommend Climate Experts of Delmarva.
