Cleveland Kydex deserves zero stars. Customer service, zero. When you have an issue, they will respond to you once a day at 5:30pm with a vague and incomplete response. They are also not reachable by phone. Product quality/fit/finish, zero. My knife does not lock into the sheath although it is specifically designed to fit, and this is literally their job. Clevland Kydex is the way to go for great looking great function concealed carry holsters. I first bought a light bearing holster for my beretta APX and it was great for two years. I have now bought a holster for my FN reflex with light bearing and RMR cut and they killed it yet again! I couldn’t be happier with my purchases
