My daughters loved this place and recommended it and wanted to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted with a sales person for a bagel that said oh we don’t have that but we just have two bagels left. Never mind, that they’re open till 4 PM and it was 1 PM. Instead of how can I help you, we will have to make your bagel, or it’ll just be a minute and we’d love to serve you. Very disappointing service very disappointing attitude.
It was 2:30 and they told me they only had everything bagels when you could obviously see bagels in the case..odd to say the least. I said ok, maybe the bagels are for the next day. I then tried to order a latte. They told me they couldn't make espresso. I would totally understand if they were 30 minutes before close but a whole hour and 30 minutes is a lot of time before close. If only one type of bagel is available and no espresso is available you might as well as close at 2:30.
