This hair salon did a terrible job on my hair, I gave my inspiration photo before and during my appointment and my hairdresser left me with an uneven colour and a stripe on my scalp due to un-blended highlights even after she said she would blend them in nicely. I spend over $500 for the monstrosity they left on my head and only received $319 for a refund.
I had an awful experience (involving thinning shears on curly hair and a bad balayage) at another southside salon in November that left me nearly $500 out of pocket. I was beside myself and contacted The Cleo Collective for a consultation, which to my absolute delight the girls worked as a team to fix my hair that very same day as the consultation which I cannot be more thankful for.
