Owner is rude to customers and even worse to employees. You may get a low rate but you will be thought of and treated as trash.

I have been a customer for years and it is my own fault that I have not switched. They are horrible, they only care about getting a commission check. Every time I call for assistance I am told they will get back to me but only receive silence. By my staying and accepting the horrible customer service I am out hundreds of dollars. Run, don’t use Towne Insurance.
I was rear-ended by a Towne Insurance customer more than 3 weeks ago and Towne has yet to deal with the claim. I work three jobs and have to make it work with a less than street legal vehicle because this company apparently takes FOREVER to handle their customers claims. According to my insurance Towne is still "investing." I was hit while I stopped to let a firetruck pass. There were at least 4 witnesses on that truck.
