I've scheduled 3 separate tours for this property where no one showed up. When I tried calling the office the phone disconnects. They use an AI leasing system, which schedules your appointment and confirms it on their end, but I'm unsure if they have an actual staff working the office. I've popped by the property 4 other separate times (during business hours) to try and talk to a human, and the office always has a "CLOSED" sign on it. RUN FAR AWAY!!!!! I moved here in October to live with some roommates. I was supposed to be added to their lease but instead was added to another units lease. The office told my roommate they could not resolve this issue because they were planning to remodel every unit. Come November our bathroom fan catches on FIRE due to a faulty fan that maintenance had been notified about multiple time and never came to fix. We’ve had a AC/Furnace problem for over a month, it hasn’t been reading anything it just goes and goes until we stop it, we’re constantly having to mess with it. Recently the AC has stopped working all together. AI picks up the phone when you call, and when my husband took off work to actually go to the office they said maintenance would be by that Friday. It’s been almost 2 months now since we’ve reported it, and we’ve still had no one come try to fix it despite continuously reaching out.
This is the leaking that I reported many times in the last month and now it spread to my dining room,this administration simply didn't work.
Well new management is crap and irresponsible its been 10 days their online rent payment portal is down im trying to call them everyday and no body answer the phone even office is close. I mean what going on with them
