The Clearing apartments are a great, clean community to live in. The manager, Michelle, as well as the maintenance man, Matt, are both truly very kind, helpful and are very quick at helping you any way they can. They truly go above and beyond for the tenants, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!!! I highly recommend this place. It truly is home.

We’ve had a AC/Furnace problem for over a month, it hasn’t been reading anything it just goes and goes until we stop it, we’re constantly having to mess with it. Recently the AC has stopped working all together. AI picks up the phone when you call, and when my husband took off work to actually go to the office they said maintenance would be by that Friday. I love the new owners at asset living and Michelle she is a sweetheart so is the owner David and Tara and the maintenance guy they are wonderful people and they are caring and understanding they are amazing 💕💕 I love them all and their good humble people to I love them all I love bragging about them 😊 oh and I met John to he's also a sweetheart to 🥰 I'm so happy we have them they are truly a blessing 🥰🥰🥰
