We’ve had a AC/Furnace problem for over a month, it hasn’t been reading anything it just goes and goes until we stop it, we’re constantly having to mess with it. Recently the AC has stopped working all together. AI picks up the phone when you call, and when my husband took off work to actually go to the office they said maintenance would be by that Friday. I love the new owners at asset living and Michelle she is a sweetheart so is the owner David and Tara and the maintenance guy they are wonderful people and they are caring and understanding they are amazing 💕💕 I love them all and their good humble people to I love them all I love bragging about them 😊 oh and I met John to he's also a sweetheart to 🥰 I'm so happy we have them they are truly a blessing 🥰🥰🥰
Me and my kids have lived here for almost 6 years. We love it!!! The best manager EVER Michele is back!!! Me and my kids love her, she is so sweet and very understanding. Definitely a great place to live!!
Michelle was so wonderful when helping my girlfriend and I move in. Any email sent was responded timely (similar to texting) and every call was answered and returned as well! The Clearing is a fantastic spot! A clean and comfortable complex, we couldn’t be happier! Edit: Michelle is still a saint, however the constant repairs that need to be done that do not get fixed are driving me insane. I have had a hold in my ceiling for months bc there was a leak and they refuse to fix it bc “we need to make sure the leak is fixed.” Ha... read more
