This condominium used to be very good when the previous administration was in front of it, lately it has become chaos, car theft, vandalism for private property, water leaks and a very slow and bad reaction for the new administration.
This condominium used to be a very good place to live, safe, and very well maintained by its former manager, Michelle, and her staff. Since she unfortunately left and the new management took over, it's been a complete disaster. We reported a leak in the stairwell of our building three times in a row, and the problem wasn't resolved until almost a month later. Charity and the management team is great! Whenever I have an issue or concern they are super responsive and take care of it right away. Communication is great with them! (: My son and I really enjoy living here.
