We scheduled and confirmed an appointment to view apartments, but no one showed up. The office was closed despite the confirmation, which felt both disappointing and disrespectful of our time. Clear and reliable communication is needed.

Me and my roommate were hoping to take a tour and talk to a leasing agent so we made an appointment, but when we got there (5 minutes early), the leasing office was locked and closed with the lights turned off and no one inside. We ended up waiting 30 minutes just in case the agent was running late. This management is the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve had an appointment scheduled Wednesday to come in for a tour. No one showed, they stood us up! Later, someone texted me to reschedule another tour for Friday. Again, no one showed up!!! I don’t know what type of business this is, but Very unprofessional and they need a new management team!
This is the worst management ever. So many problems. we came here twice because the first time they didn't even show up, even after texting and confirming the appointment. The second time, we decide to be thoughtful and give them another chance but same as last time, they never showed up. These apartments genuinely reek and there is trash everywhere. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your time.
