I’ve been utilizing the services of The Cleaning Solution for many years now.Holly has always been very accommodating with scheduling and the cleaning staff very competent. I need to give a shout out for Taylor, who cleaned for me yesterday. She was very meticulous and diligent and made our home shine! Thank you, Taylor!
I originally gave The Cleaning solution 5 stars because things started out great. Unfortunately, I have to amend my review after using them for over a year. The cleaning ranged from great to not acceptable. My main concern and my advice to you if you’re going to use them is to read the fine print on everything and make sure you understand the convoluted way they structure their business and services. Don’t use. The office staff is very rude they scheduled me out over 2 months which in itself is unprofessional and unacceptable, then at the last minute they cancelled. Then rescheduled out another 2 weeks and had me confirm 3 times before I finally called and asked why I had to confirm so many times. Again office staff rude. Everything is of course prepaid so they already have your money so I guess that’s why they treat customers so awful.
