Great service! Showed up on time and had great communication
Horrible people! Horrible company! I paid 900.00 for home cleaning and was not allowed to have my request filled! Deborah called my husband and myself bigots because we required one person who could speech English. She braided us for 30 minutes about her personal beliefs and kept telling us how horrible we were! I asked for a refund as I told her I’m not doing business with someone who talks to me that way! I originally gave The Cleaning solution 5 stars because things started out great. Unfortunately, I have to amend my review after using them for over a year. The cleaning ranged from great to not acceptable. My main concern and my advice to you if you’re going to use them is to read the fine print on everything and make sure you understand the convoluted way they structure their business and services.
