TERRIBLE - waste of money. cleaner came with no broom to clean a house. Didn't mop floor, didn't do anything except pick up trash. Left floor with gum still on it, house was not actually cleaned like you except someone to do when you hire them and PAY for it. My house needed an extra good cleaning before we put it on the market. The Cleaning Pixies were the first who could do it by a few weeks. We scheduled them to come a day before our scheduled open house in the morning. Seemed perfect - then the troubles started. First, we got a call back telling us they needed to reschedule. Had a friend request 'this', if you would call even a profesional service, used rags towels dirty, also mops. Not on time missing items. Contact the BBB ASAP, theyll publish the report and make it heard, even have your friends also publish a report asap.
