The crew arrived a little early, but that was ok. They were very friendly and accommodating. The reason for only 4 stars is because after they left and as we thoroughly looked the house over it was evident they didn't do the details of a deep clean. Also I couldn't tell who the lead person was. After asking the answer was a shrug. They appeared somewhat disorganized.
Oh my goodness. I was speechless when I walked into the house. It has never looked so good. Everything was organized to the tiniest detail and the thoughtfulness, and consideration that was evident with every touch blew me away. I felt like they actually had a good time being there because everything was so perfect and so cheerfully arranged. Today was my first clean, which means everything top to bottom was to be deep cleaned. I am currently out of town, but from a few things I saw on my cameras I was thoroughly impressed with the young lady that was the lead. As a former cleaning authority employee and trainer myself I can honestly say she was AWESOME.
First time with this cleaning service and have nothing but huge compliments to the company. The cleaning crew was detailed, friendly, efficient, and flexible - great to work with. The administration/ front office was detailed, thorough and super easy to work with to get started. Very pleased with the outcome, highly, highly recommended if you are looking for cleaning services in Tucson.
I absolutely LOVE having my house cleaned bi-weekly with Kathy and Julia! They always do such a great job and leave my house looking refreshed. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo!
