TCA did a fantastic job in our house. Very careful and thorough cleaning. Communication for scheduling and updates was clear and prompt as well. Definitely recommend the service.

Having read many of these positive reviews I wish I could say we also had a similarly positive experience. Sadly, we did not. In retrospect, I wish I had paid more attention to the fact some of these "reviews" are from "people" with exactly one review. TCA Monmouth also reviewed itself, which obviously can't be an objective review. Ours was a residential, deep clean service. I highly recommend TCA. They were efficient and courteous. I receive 100% of service requested. My condo was dust free and refreshing when the job was completed.

Sam and The Cleaning Authority are amazing! After a contractor destroyed our place, we turned to TCA for help. Sam was very responsive and quick to help, coming in at a fair price, coming for a same day estimate and having cleaners on site the very next morning. They did a fantastic and thorough job, transforming the place. I will definitely plan to use them again.

I've been using The Cleaning Authority for several months and been very pleased with them overall. Sam the manager is easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating, and the cleaning crew is professional and thorough. Highly recommend!
