Very disappointing. They do not deliver on what they present for their cleaning routine and schedule. I was told by the franchise owner and in all materials that they clean on an A/B rotation with wet spaces (kitchens/bathrooms) one week and dry spaces (living, dining, bedrooms) on the other for detailed cleans, and basic cleaning on everything each time.
