Please do NOT use Cleaning Authority-Lenexa. They do not actually clean your house. Everything still looks and feels very dirty when they are done. They will also break your sentimental items, try to hide it and not tell you. Management is uncaring and doesn't seem to care that there are issues. They almost try to blame you, the customer. They are very rude. Cleaning quality is very poor. Again, do not make the mistake of using them!!
These people do a great job at a very competitive price. I highly recommend them. I have used them for 3 months and every cleaning has been perfect! Mike N
I have been using The Cleaning Authority in Lenexa for well over 2 years now and have NEVER had any issues. Heather has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of... (I'm not always easy to deal with) as I have special requests quite often. I enjoy my home being cleaned every 2 weeks and trust everyone they send to my home. I highly recommend this company!
