Our office has used The Cleaning Authority for quite some time. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they are fantastic about keeping disruptions to a minimum. It is a night-and-day difference from before The Cleaning Authority started and now. I love the weekly checklists that show the deep-cleaning projects along with regular upkeep, and Boni has always kept us in the loop and been open to fixing things in the rare event an issue occurred.
We have just started using the cleaning authority. Thus far, they have done a great job. Bonnie is great at following up if there is something that we are not satisfied with and our main cleaners are great at following up with us about how they can do better. They are willing to work around our nap schedules and have been amazing at being courteous in our home. The schedule of rotating deep cleans helps us keep track of what is going to be focused on. I am so grateful for this service and the crew that was sent. Harleigh and Chelsea did a GREAT JOB and were very professional, friendly, and didn't make me feel like I had to tiptoe around my home. They were great with my kids and dogs. Did I mention - the HOUSE IS CLEAN! Thank you again!
