I am so grateful for this service and the crew that was sent. Harleigh and Chelsea did a GREAT JOB and were very professional, friendly, and didn't make me feel like I had to tiptoe around my home. They were great with my kids and dogs. Did I mention - the HOUSE IS CLEAN! Thank you again!
First appointment with The Cleaning Authority-Ft Wayne. Alisha and Maddy did a wonderful job. Arrived promptly, after a brief introduction and quick survey of my apartment, they got right to work. My dog, Kasper, and I retired to the patio to enjoy the lovely weather. And it seemed like no time at all, Alisha announced that they were done and on their way out. Could not have wished for a better experience and fantastic outcome.
I paid for 4 man hours. They were only there for an hour and I know they cleaned but there was so much they missed. I tried to email with pictures but they never responded. Mostly I thought they were expensive and I did not get my money's worth plus I had to go in and finish cleaning. I'm posting some side by side before and after photos of things that I just took a wet cloth and wiped. It literally was not heavy work at all.
This company does an excellent job of cleaning my house.They have a rotation system which allows all areas of the house are cleaned. They send two girls who work together very well. The best residential cleaners that I have had.
The girls did a beautiful job. The house feels great. All of your employees are wonderful Thank you
