I was hopeful that a highly reviewed cleaning company would be good. I hired them for a move-in clean and am very disappointed. I requested a deep clean of the house, prior to my moving in, including appliances and the insides of cupboards. The house has more germs than before they came in. I watched them clean a yellow stain in the floor off the bathroom floor and use the same cloth for counters and the fridge - I am disgusted. The insides of cupboards were never done. Furaha and Lryna did a great job cleaning my house. My dog is also very comfortable in their presence.
They did a wonderful job deep cleaning my home. Sukhpreet went around and showed me everything that they did. Sukhpreet and Lara were very kind, attentive and communicated very well. They had great attention to detail.
Today is the first time we used Clean Authority to clean up our home with deep clean, They arrived on time and did in a careful way. They also did what we requested and fixed certain over looked cleaning issues afterwards. The team was always with smile face and helpful. On the whole, we did not feel sorry to choice this company working for us. This company is recommended.
