somehow a light fixture fell and cracked my sink while they were cleaning it. poor response from management.
The cleaning team is efficient and effective, as usual.They are very careful, too. I am really grateful for Maria and Iris, and I am very pleased with the service provide. They do an excellent job. They are great. Perfect every time
Everything was great, here are just a few reminders. 1. Please empty the vacuum after each room. I'll put out the part to attach for cleaning the stairs. If it runs out of power, I have another one in the basement. 2. I'll close the doors on the rooms you don't need to do. 3. Just a reminder to pick up move the kitchen chairs so they don't leave a mark. We appreciate your hard work and look forward to seeing you in a few weeks! Thanks again, Sandy9
