Brian has been steam cleaning carpets for our home for the last 15 years; he has always been very professional and very friendly and does a good job on a home that has a LOT of traffic and damage, from children and a dog. He also recently helped us with a small water damage project. We'll continue using him whenever we need our carpets cleaned!
This company was scheduled to clean my home at 10 a.m. on 1/10/2021. At around 10:17 the "owner" texts me stating she could not come clean the home today and would have to reschedule. They have multiple team members and none of them are available to uphold the "owners" responsibilities. Considering the prices they charge, this is a joke. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive to texts. Save your frustration and go with a company that values your time.
Erika and team did a great job cleaning my apartment when I had to relocate for work. I recommend highly!
