This place is an absolute scam. I booked for a 1bedroom/1bathroom apartment deep clean with organization help, oven cleaning, and fridge organizing. The team showed up 45 minutes late into a 3 hour appointment, walked in and said "we only clean floors and were told we only had a single room to do. Also one of the cleaners is allergic to your cat so we can't work here." It was baffling. I moved out of my apartment and the Clean Team came through and did a final clean. They did an amazing job! My landlord was super happy and the apartment was cleaner than when I moved in.
Called and fixed and pre paid for a cleaning today at my 1 bedroom apartment in Ithaca. We waited but to no avail. Called 4 times, no one responded, only mail answered saying calendar crashed! SERIOUSLY….no response to fixing the next appointment!!!
