I moved out of my apartment and the Clean Team came through and did a final clean. They did an amazing job! My landlord was super happy and the apartment was cleaner than when I moved in.
Called and fixed and pre paid for a cleaning today at my 1 bedroom apartment in Ithaca. We waited but to no avail. Called 4 times, no one responded, only mail answered saying calendar crashed! SERIOUSLY….no response to fixing the next appointment!!!
We went with The Clean Team based on reviews. Upon calling a woman provided instructions to send an email to “them.” She made no effort to provide any information—pricing, availability, etc. Their response via email was prompt and courteous. They arrived almost an hour early, which is fine, they seemed eager to start. It was an all male presenting staff.
