I had them fix my timer. It cost $150 and they did a decent job, but they misdiagnosed the pump as it was clogged with leaves. They told me that I needed to buy a new pump and they would install it. Completely unnecessary and therefore I had to go elsewhere for my needs, and will from now on.
Taylor and the team are outstanding. Very professional and always willing to explain what is going on with my pool and why. I’m extremely happy with the service they provide!!! Highly recommend!!
I would NOT recommend this company. They stopped responding to any of ours emails or calls when things went really wrong. They messed up the pump so the water was running all night and we had to deal with water bills. Plus, the pool was not maintained well, we were out of salt and we had to shock it once we hired another company because it was all green. Please don’t apologize trying to sound nice. You never even responded to our last message.
Very efficient, always on time and very courteous . I highly recommend them.
This place is the worse place ever they come to your house don’t clean your filter dont do nothing and expect us to pay on time horrible customer service and they told me that they are not coming to service my pool anymore just because I called to complain that their employees aren’t doing anything
