DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! 2nd mattress, same story. From day one the mattress has permanent indent from weight of our bodies. Their only answer is to upgrade. Since the store manager never heard of the issue, apparently it’s not real. Have to spend more money to correct faulty product. Also, there is no one else to speak to in the entire company. This is a very high end store selling quality products, and the service level is also very high. I wandered in to look at their pillows and, despite the fact that I wasn't looking to spend a fortune, I was actually treated like a human being by Tim Holley, who offered incredibly polite and attentive service.
