Don't move here. You can never get a response from the office no matter how often you call or email, all you get is an AI that says they'll have someone reach out but they never do. Going to the office to actually speak to someone in person results in condescension and zero help or follow up if anyone is even there to speak with you. This is the worst managed establishment you will ever interact with. You will never work with the same person in the office. No one knows what they’re doing. They seem to have terrible training. They don’t send you the correct information by email or tell you the right things over the phone. Save yourself some grief. Don’t live here.
To.add to my previous post. Most of the items that were stolen and kept from my access included copper color Native dolls from the early 1900s and my deceased mothers articles and my children's belongings. So. Yes. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT. And in response, I was banned from the office for complaining. But I should of known when the two boys that drowned on ur property were mocked. Even the dead, can't rest. And u wonder why ur property is in upheaval. God you judge them. That's not my job.
While living at the Clayson for nine years, we’ve had many Management changes. The area was becoming very terrible, which is why I moved. Upon my move, the Clayson charged me for the carpet throughout the apartment. Not one time did the Clayson come and clean my carpet while I was there. Not once that they come And upgrade anything throughout these nine years But I got charged for a carpet That was inside the apartment way before I got there. I would not recommend this area. Maintenance is amazing - Chris Enrique and Darrell show up within minutes of putting in a work order, they are kind, considerate, knowledgeable and professional. They are part of the reason that we have stayed here close to a decade! Great job team!
