This is an updated review. I previously had not the best experience, which can happen. Jackie reached out to me and handled the situation with the utmost care and professionalism. I also received a handwritten note from the owner, Sophia. This kind of personal care and follow up is almost non existent in businesses today and I am very impressed with the thoughtfulness. We will absolutely be back to your establishment and thank you for being so kind and caring.
I had so much fun painting flower vases!
Took my daughters as a special girls day and they were so excited. I took a picture of how the pieces looked when we were done and dropped them off, they looked awesome. Just got them back today and they look awful. 2 of the 3 pieces are smudged and black marks in multiple places, super disappointing. Tried calling to discuss with Claypen but didn’t get anywhere, don’t seem to care. Heartbroken that we wasted over 2 hours of our time and $150 on 3 pieces for only 1 to come out nice. It's always a fun experience to go here, which has remained consistent for what seems like decades now. You don't have to be an expert at painting to come up with a nice result here. They have a lot of different options to work with, pricing is reasonable, and the staff is very helpful. It's an activity both kids and adults can enjoy.
