The Claxton Bank was my first bank and only bank for a very long time. I love some of the ladies at the main branch and always enjoyed seeing them when I went to go make my deposits and they were always helpful when I had to travel. HOWEVER, HERE COMES THE PROBLEMS :) - Extremely slow processing times on ANY transactions! - Have SHUT OFF MY CARD WITHOUT WARNING SEVERAL TIMES without calling me, texting me, even TRYING to communicate!! Will argue the usefulness of whether a bill is usable tender or too mangled. Refused to pull a deposit one of my employees dropped 5 minutes before and process it so that I could have it for my daily paperwork.
