I ordered a heavy dining table for them that had to be shipped via freight. Shipping was not as quick as expected, but it did arrive perfectly in one piece as described. They are not based in China they are based in Brooklyn, but are drop shippers. If you look around hard enough you can find the items even cheaper.

I ordered an expensive Marble Table from The Classy Home June 11th 2020. I received an email from their shipping company called AM Home Delivery with tracking number stating expected date of delivery for this item would be between August 11-18th. August 11-18th, never received a call or anything and tracking details were stagnant. I called to find out what happened and spoke with a rep saying they were sorry because the item did arrive to there warehouse but it was never processed any further since then. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I tried ordering office furniture from them and the website stayed that it was in stock and available. A couple of days after i ordered over $1,000 worth of furniture, I found out that some of the items would not be available for 5-6 months. I immediately sent an email to their support address to request a cancellation and refund. I also tried calling but there were no people available to answer the phones. I ordered A dining room set in February they sent me the chairs two months later than the table I ordered they told me was back ordered until May right before me they told me that that table would be back ordered again for another couple months so they asked me if I wanted to order another table I told him I would pay another $250 on top of the 400 and something dollars I already paid and several weeks later that table came. Half @$$ online store that you can't get a hold of anyone. Restricted phone hours, and no response by email or through their system with help tickets. Was really hoping this would be a good experience as I was so excited to update my home office.

Same as all the other reviews- terrible communication- ordered from them- received email that the item was being delivered then another email saying that it wasn’t being delivered. Attempted to contact the company to no avail. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I found the Ashley sectional I wanted for a lower price and quickest delivery time then my local store! It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I'll definitely shop your site again

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible communication....Ordered a TV console back on 5/25... NOTHING until I contacted them a month later. My account showed nothing was ordered... no phone availability, finally was able to email with proof of payment and they sent me a P/O # and said it was on it's way. Finally received it, damaged. They offered me a 70$ credit to keep it... seriously who does that. BE WARNED...
