AWESOME. Have lived here for almost 2 years. Great people, concierge, deeded parking and a wonderful pet park on the 3rd floor with grass,trees,and flowers . It is like your own back yard. The Classic is located almost directly across from the AVON Theatre.The location is perfect for downtown living; walk everywhere.The property has a pool and work out room on the 18th floor that we should definitely use more.
