Memory care staffing is very poor. Constant turnover, so no one ever gets experienced enough to truly care for the patients appropriately. It appears that they invest more into the independent living n not the memory care. When you bring up concerns then suddenly your loved one is a problem n they threaten to have to transfer them. Not a great experience.
Beautiful facility with lots of options for great care based on your loved one’s needs. The management and staff are easy to communicate with and handle all concerns in a timely manner.
I have worked at The Classic for about 5 months now and have loved joining this team! Not only are staff and management great to work with, but the residents are also so kind and welcoming. I have worked in/with a number of senior living communities in the area and The Classic exceeds all others by far in both resident care and staff!
Beautiful place, all nursing staff very nice and helpful, tho not worth $8,500 a month for senior parents
The classic truly feels like one big family. The staff and the residents all together. I have never seen an establishment with staff that goes above and beyond like the classic. Their heart for what they do and the people they serve is so evident in everything they do from the fun and unique activities that change weekly, to the care they take with prepping their menus, to most of the staff knowing almost all the residents names (hourly staff and administration included!) and being curious about their lives and their stories... read more
