The actual ease of getting in and out was fine, when I went to pickup my vehicle the guy took my ticket and said "Honda" and I said "no, jeep". They then proceeded to bring me up a Honda and I had to tell them that wasn't my vehicle, again stating "black jeep". I literally gave them my valet ticket and they didn't even bother to match up the slips. Imagine if they brought my car to someone else and they took my car? I could have taken someone else's car for crying out loud.
